Blend the chilis, garlic, and cilantro until they form a coarse paste.
Then add all the rest of the ingredients to the blender and pulse until everything is mixed.
Transfer to a pot and cook over medium heat. Taste and adjust the amounts of sugar, lime juice, chili, and fish sauce according to your tastes. This makes several cups of sauce, which can be saved in the fridge for future use.
Sukiyaki Soup Instructions:
Bring water and chicken broth to a slow boil.
Beat an egg in a bowl and then pour into the broth. Let the egg cook and then stir the broth to break it up a bit.
Next add the bean thread noodles and let cook for a minute or two until they're soft.
Then add your meat and vegetables and cook until they're done.
