Instructions
Bring the water, hibiscus flowers, and sugar to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Strain the flowers, let the tea cool to room temperature, and then chill in the refrigerator.
Serve in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint as desired.
