Ingredients

cup
rice flour
½
cup
white sugar
½
cup
club soda
¼
cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
2
Tablespoons
white seasame seeds
½
teaspoon
salt
2-3
burro bananas
not quite ripe
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the club soda and stir into the dry ingredients with your clean hands.
Heat a pot of oil to medium heat. Add a drop of the batter to ensure that it's hot enough before starting to fry your bananas.
Slice each burro banana into 3 or 4 lengthwise segments. Dip the segments into the batter and fry until golden brown.
Remove from oil and let dry on paper towels. Enjoy immediately!
