Thai-Spiced Cashews

raw cashews

canola oil

teaspoon
salt

sugar

dried chili flakes

teaspoon
kaffir lime leaves
sliced finely
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add the raw cashews and cook in the oil until they turn golden brown.
Pour the cashews onto a cooking sheet so that they can cool in a single layer for a minute or two.
Sprinkle the Thai-inspired spice mixture on the cashews and stir until they are well coated. Enjoy!
