Thai Fruit Recipes

Thailand is fortunate to be home to a huge variety of delicious tropical fruits, where they are known as polomai.  Most of these fruits are eaten on their own for breakfast, snack, or dessert.  However, fruits are sometimes incorporated into other dishes, mainly in desserts but sometimes in other dishes as well.
