Thai Salad Recipes
Salads in Thailand are very different from western salads. Thai salads, such as larb gai and beef waterfall, are often composed of meat and fresh herbs in a light, refreshing dressing that includes fish sauce, chili peppers, and lime. This dressing is mixed with the other ingredients right before serving. In fact, "yum", the Thai word that connotes salads, literally translates to "mix together".
